La Jefa will arrive 1 hour prior to your event start time supplying all glassware (champagne, white wine, red wine and tumblers), cold drink storage, ice and everything required to serve the perfect drinks for your occasion. I am strictly BYO so i do not sell any alcohol, although i can help out with selections for your event. WE also reserve the right to leave an event if deemed unsafe.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date, with this deposit it is non refundble in the case of change of mind. Full amount to be completed 7 days prior to event.
Travel: No cost to travel within 40km radius of Yass, $2.00/km excess of 40km
All drinks to be purchased by event organiser and chilled 24 hours prior to event. Access to power is desired, generator can be supplied if required with prior notice.
La Jefa has Public liability to ease your mind.
If your event is not at a private residence or venue, you are responsible for all the appropriate approvals and permits required and must provide confirmation of this to me 7 days prior to the event date.
We are more than happy to take care of all your tea, coffee and hot chocolate needs. Ask about the $150.00 hot beverage package when you book.
La Jefa serves any bottled wine, beer, cider, champagne and spirits.
We also offer a cocktail package including up to 2 cocktail options per event (1 cocktail $180, 2 cocktails $275), chosen by you approved prior to your event.
